How do I display more Summary column text in document and fact views?
You can increase the number of lines displayed in the Summary column of a view from the default of 4 to 9. Note that the change only applies to the current view. You will need to apply that to each view independently.
Making the Notes window wider, or collapsing MasterFile's right menu panel will also display more text within the number of lines shown.
Go to the view you want to modify. In this case, it's Facts by Relevance. The default view shows 4 lines of the Summary.
From the Notes menu, choose View > Customize this view
- Click on Show all and then
- Scroll to locate the column
Leave all other settings as they are.
- Click on Lines per row and choose 9.
- Click OK to update.
Now 9 lines are displayed in the view,
