Redaction codes such as Attorney/Client, Trade Secret, US FOIA (b)(1)(A), etc. explain why a redaction has been applied. They are created like any other keyword from [R+ Create > Keyword : Player]. Each has an associated abbreviation that will be stamped over the blacked out area.

Once you've created the Redaction Code keywords, edit a Redaction Extract and click on the "Select recdaction codes" button to choose the redaction codes to apply during redaction. More than one code can be applied to a redaction if needed.
