How do I open a case that's not on my Workspace?
A case's database icon appears on the Workspace after you've opened it for the first time.
Choose File > Application > Open, or right click in the Workspace.
In either case, choose Open Application.
From the dialog box that opens
- Click the down arrow and choose your server. Here, we've selected the MFHS server, domino01.
- Double click on your account if you are using MFHS (V13I001 here).
Locate the MF folder and double click on it.
Locate the case and click Open.
When you open a case for the first time, you see this screen; click Start MasterFile to dismiss the About tab which leaves you at the tab for the newly opened case.
