How do I open a case that's not on my Workspace?

A case's database icon appears on the Workspace after you've opened it for the first time.

Choose File > Application > Open, or right click in the Workspace.

In either case, choose Open Application.

From the dialog box that opens

  1. Click the down arrow and choose your server. Here, we've selected the MFHS server, domino01.
  2. Double click on your account if you are using MFHS (V13I001 here).

Locate the MF folder and double click on it.

Locate the case and click Open.

When you open a case for the first time, you see this screen; click Start MasterFile to dismiss the About tab which leaves you at the tab for the newly opened case.
