How do I add a new MasterFile serial or license key?
If you received a new license key, here's how to update the MasterFile_Template on your computer. All other case databases will update automatically.
- Open the new serial number you received in NotePad or TextEdit.
- Copy the entire string.
- Double click the MasterFile_Template from the Workspace to open it.
- Click [R+ Administration > Administrator Settings]
In the Administrator Settings window,
- Click in the Serial Number field
- Delete the old license key, if any.
- Paste the new serial number key using Ctrl-v or ⌘-v.
- Click OK.
